   • Review & Select Selling Option

   • Review & Confirm Numbers

   • Listing Paperwork

   • Prepare to Sell / Show

   • Schedule Photos (if needed)

   • Place Lockbox & Sign (after photos)

2. Offers

   • Receive & Compare Offers

   • Offer Accepted Pending Inspection

   • Negotiate Accepted Offer (3 possible rounds of negotiations)

   • Due Diligence / ATAC / Inspection

   • Attorney Paperwork - Seller Information

3. Processing (Under Contract / Pending)

   • Buyer's Lending (if applicable)

   • Appraisal (if applicable)

   • Title Search

   • Clear to Close

4.  Closing

   • Confirm Closing Day

   • Review Settlement Statement

   • Moving Out (if applicable)

   • Final Walk-Through

   • Home Instructions to Buyer

   • Closing Day - All funds wired through closing attorney
